This style came to me in a dream, where I attended someone else’s art show and saw they were working with silk in this way. I was pleased when I woke up and realized it was just a dream!

This piece has 280 individually placed strands of silk fibers (from the cocoon).

13×13×3”, LED lights inside. Framed with museum glass. Hanging hardware and electrical hardware included.

This piece can be battery powered (rechargeable, can buy on amazon) or plugged in.

All pieces come with a remote to dim the piece.
